ROLE Profile instructions
This questionnaire is an ASSESSMENT of the preferred behaviour style required to undertake the ROLE for which you are recruiting into or matching a current incumbent to their existing role or to a new position.
Answer the questions carefully: try to have realistic expectations of the role in mind.
We recommend that you discuss the requirements of the role with anybody in your organisation who has an impact on the role; e.g. line manager, senior manager, peer group team members, and even customers if you feel this is appropriate.
Some of our clients ask each person to complete the form and then compare answers to reach a final questionnaire that everyone agrees with - this is a very useful exercise because it ensures that all stakeholders are involved and consulted regarding expectations before the person is hired. Very often we find that new recruits into an organisation are confused because the expectations of people around them are inconsistent - this process minimises the risk of that happening.
From each set of four phrases given, choose the phrase that describes your view of the expected behaviours of the role most closely, and then the phrase that describes it least closely.
This information is used to match individuals currently in post or to potential new recruits to assess suitability.
When completed, click generate result button at the bottom side and save the downloaded pdf document and email to elainegodley@gmail.com. We will then match individual candidates to this ROLE and notify you whether an interview is recommended or not. There is no point in wasting your time, or building expectations with potential applicants if their behaviour doesn't suit the ROLE.
